Hobart Town Courier 7 Feb 1834 Transfer of Land Beverly Parish 400 acres, bounded on the N by a location to John Dickerson (commencing at the end oof the Ben Lomand rivulet) and by a portion of the location to George Allan, being Dickerson S boundary… The Hobart Town Gazette 4 Dec 1835 The Estate of Glen Morrison, belonging to George Allan Esq., of Allanvale, was disposed of by Public Auction… The Cornwall Chronicles, Launceston 14 Dec 1839 Deaths Henry Hills(1786-1858) 21 Sept 1858 Launceston Exaiminer Henry Hills came to (1786-arriv Aust 1831, -1858), working with Thomas Henty for 2 years before settling on a neighbouring farm Allanvale, three sons including Frank (1826-?) took over Allanvale. Letter Thornton Heath, Surrey 1993 Frank Hills used to arrange for shipments of various live animals from Tasmania to England and one of these was with the ship “Corinth’ whose first mate was Mr Collins..
