Individuals wishing to attend and bid on the auction flood should register with Colville Auctions at least 24 hours prior to the auction. To register, print the below form and return via email to info@colvilleauctions.com.au

Telephone Bidding Registration

Colville Auctions offer a telephone bidding service on all works at auction. A Colville Auctions phone bidder will ring 4 lots prior to the nominated lot and will relay the auction’s bidding progress and if instructed will bid on the client’s behalf. Bids are made in Australian dollars. Should the bid be successful, the buyer will be obliged to pay the final bid price plus buyer's premium of 20% (plus of GST) of the final bid price.

By completing this form, telephone bidders request and authorise Colville Auctions to telephone during the auction on the contact number(s) nominated and place bids acting as agent on their behalf and confirm understanding the General Conditions of Business and agree to be bound by them.

Telephone bids must be received twenty four hours prior to the commencement of live auctions. All telephone bids received online will be confirmed by email.

Registration of Telephone Bids with Colville Auctions, require photo identification, if not previously supplied.

** If an optional cover bid is left and the client is uncontactable during the auction, the client authorises Colville Auctions to bid up to the cover bid amount on behalf of the client to purchase the work for the lowest bid amount possible.

Absentee Bidding Registration

An absentee bid is the maximum hammer price that the auctioneer acting as your representative can bid up to on your behalf. The auctioneer will purchase the work on your behalf for the lowest bid amount possible. Colville Auctions undertakes to execute absentee bids for the lowest bid possible. We do not start the bidding at your absentee bid unless there is another bid immediately below yours. The maximum bid does not include buyer’s premium or GST (where applicable). Bids are made in Australian dollars.

By completing this form, absentee bidders request and authorise Colville Auctions to place the following bids acting as agent on their behalf up to and including the maximum bid specified, and confirm understanding the General Conditions of Business and agree to be bound by them. Where the bid is successful, the buyer will be obliged to pay the final bid price plus buyer's premium of 20% (plus of GST) of the final bid price. If identical bids are received for the same lot the bid received first will take precedence. Where identical bids are received for the same lot the bidder may elect one further bid increment, by donating +1 in the maximum bid amount.

Absentee bids are to be received twenty four hours prior to the commencement of live auctions. All absentee bids received online will be confirmed by email. Registration of Absentee Bids with Colville Auctions, require photo identification, if not previously supplied.

Absentee bids may also be placed up until the closing minutes of each Lot through our auction partner Invaluable.com. Registration with Invaluable.com is required prior to placing bids.

Invoices will be emailed within a day of the sale.

Online Bidding

Colville Auctions also provides online bidding through a separate live bidding platform, Invaluable.com.

First-time users will be required to register with Invaluable.com in order to obtain a pre-approval status. Colville Auctions recommends clients register at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the auction. Once registered, clients will automatically be pre-approved for online bidding on all future Colville Auctions listed via Invaluable.com.

Please note that online Invaluable.com registration is separate from our direct Colville Auctions registrations.
